Exterior

  • 72″ galvanized steel drop-down legs with 12″ square footing plates and adjustable from 11″ to 51-1/2″ in 1-1/2″ increments
  • Knockouts for cable entry or auxiliary equipment (lights, antennas, cameras, etc.)

Doors

  • Heavy duty 3 point locking system
  • 2″ insulation
  • Stainless steel sliding mechanism to hold door open at any angle
  • Rubber gaskets to provide tight weather seal
  • Tamper resistant hinges

HVAC

  • Intake and exhaust vents located at gable ends of roof with moisture resistant polyester fiber, snap-in filters including back-flow dampers.
  • One 115v 625 CFM Fan
  • One thermostatically controlled 2000 watt 220 volt heater

Electrical

  • 125 amp 20 space load center
  • Two 4′ fluorescent ceiling lights operated by light switch mounted on wall
  • Electrical outlets for equipment power
  • House is grounded via copper pigtails welded to frame
